Apartment door – Gerlock

All Gerlock doors have one common feature – they are secure, safe and design is made to your exact specifications. From single security doors to double doors, side lights and transoms, historical replicas or contemporary design, there’s very little we can’t do. For appartment doors finishing panels most often we produce from MDF laminated with PVC film, durable finish, wide range of colors, design freedom. Also doors’ structure can be covered with natural vaneers, solid wood and painted MDF panels. All doors are fully filled with rockwool, therefore have good sound and heat insulation.

Door model GERLOCK MAX, is designed for premises with very high burglary risk. Suitable for private and public. Very high burglar resistance class 4 (RC4) according to EN 1627:2011standard. The construction of this door is able to withstand high skilled intruder using havy duty tools such as club hammers, axes, chisels and drills, with more attack methods and generating more noise. The entire strong steel structure of the door is covered by beautiful finishing panels. The doors can be from single to double doors, unlimited designe and colors posibilities, historical replicas or contemporary design. Can be used indoor and outdoor (using finishing panels suitable to withstand outdoor conditions). Made to measure.

Basic door set:

Door frame – 115 mm wide special bended shape profile is fitted in to the wall by 16 pcs. bolts screws protected with Ø24mm steel liners.
The door leaf is a combined high security structure according to the requirements for Security class certification EN1627:2011. the Door is strongly protected from both sides
Thermal insulation 60 mm rock wool.
Doors’ edge is double bent 15 mm steel profile reinforced in side with steel lines so the lock’s pins are reliably protected from damage using crowbar and other tools.
Reinforced hinges with height adjustment mechanism.
Cut protective roll pins for door hinges (Ø16 mm) – 8 items.
On the locks’ side there are 12 locking points and 2 additional points up and down directions.
Security lock is protected by drilling resistant manganese plate.
The lock bodies are installed in special protective steel boxes.
The lock rods of three directions are additionally protected by steel tubes.
Insulation seals – 2 items.
Outside and inside door finishing panels.

Locks – optional, but one of the locks has to be no lower than 7th security class
Handles
Threshold from matt stainless steel and RUUKKI galvanized steel or black metal painted in RAL, from solid oak or without threshold.

GERLOCK CLASSIC is designed for premises with high burglary risk. It is most common our security door model. High burglary resistance class 3 (RC3) according to the EN 1627:2011 standard. The construction of this door is designed to withstand experienced intruder using heavy duty burglary tools. The entire strong steel structure of the door is covered by beautiful finishing panels. Entire door leaf and frame are filled with 50 mm rock wool, this gives good sound and heat insulation. The doors can be from single to double doors, unlimited design and colours possibilities, historical replicas or contemporary design. Can be used indoor and outdoor (using finishing panels suitable to withstand outdoor conditions). Made to measure. One of the lock must be not less than 5^thsecurity class according EN 12209.

Door frame – 100 mm bended “L” shape profile with 16 bolt screwsprotected with Ø24mm steel sleeves.
Door leaf – special bent metal construction with 100% thermal insulation by 50 mm rock wool.
Reinforced, adjustable hinges with supporting bearings.
Cut protective pins for door hinges (Ø16 mm) – 4 items.
Protective boxes of the locks.
The lock rods of three directions are additionally protected by steel tubes.
